BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM McDONALDS AND UBER EATS

We bought a chicken fold-over through uber eats from McDonald Yoeville. When the food arrived there was no patties inside. We called the restaurant, delivery line and customer care. The customer service that was received from all the agents were pathetic. They advised that I will need to wait till I make another order to get my food. There is no assistance from anyone and I would for a manager to call me from the branch as well as give me a refund.
