Bad customer service from MANAGER NEZISWA AT MCDONALD'S!

Absolutely disgusting service from the macdonalds SOMERSET WEST CAPE TOWN and the manager Neziswa - a whole lot of attitude and a lack of training in terms of customer service and their system! I had up to 8000 points on my mcdonalds app - I redeemed 4000 points for a kiddies happy meal while placing the order the system of the self service kiosk rebooted and I was left with no kiddies meal from my points and I was told that my point will not be given back and my free meal can not be given to me! This is ridiculous service! I asked the first waitress what can be done about this and she said nothing can be done - I asked for a manager and the manager answered with so much attitude and blatantly said we don't get training for our koisk systems and there is nothing that can be done - I am good customer of McDonald's and this is the service I get! A bunch of attitude - no training in CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THE SYSTEMS YOU IMPLEMENT! I WANT FEEDBACK ASAP!

When I said I'll be reporting her and the mcdonalds she shook it off like it meant nothing - when I went to the reviews on Google it's crazy how much negative they've gotten!
