Bad customer service from employees at Mac Donald’s west gate mall in roodepoort

I am utterly disappointed in McDonald’s, actually ****ed for two consecutive days i have not been receiving my proper orders and the customer service has just been bad and very poor . I ordered on the first of June and I didn’t receive lettuce on my burger and when I asked them they told me they didn’t have any and didnt even offer substitution or even apologies for the inconvenience. Today which is the second of June I ordered for the whole family and my Big Mac doesn’t have all the ingredients and my moms grand chicken spicy was in fact a spicy mc crisp , when I went to address the matter the employees were fighting with me and we were having an argument in terms of their mistake that they would not take accountability for . I am very disappointed.
