Bad customer service

Mc Donalds Kolonnade the worst customer service ever for someone that works in the mall and only have an hour lunch placed my order by the machines wanted to pay at the counter stood for 30 minutes without being helped no service I ended up leaving cause I only had 30minutes left lost a whole 30minutes standing to pay fir my food never again. I am done with Mc Donalds
