Bad customer service

McDonald's in Randburg Kensington B I ordered my favorites Large Spicy Mc feast meal with mcfizz on Uber eat at 12:16 midday I arrived at McDonald's in Randburg Kensington B at 12:35 to collect my order. I was so disappointed 😞 my order was not ready I had to wait for 45min to get my order 😫 mind you the place was not busy. Their service was bad they lack customer service and what I noticed when you black they dont take you seriously.
