BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I was assisted by a lady named Bridget Khoza who displayed zero customer service. I placed an order via drive through and advised her before even taking an order that i get confused between a regular meal and Medium that I would like to order the normal big mac and was assured that the medium is the one I was looking for only to find out that it is not the correct order . Never did i say that it was her fault as I advised when I placed the order that I wasn't sure between the two. the order was exchanged but when I requested for the difference because I had already paid for the medium meal . you would swear that I had killed someone the level of disrespect I received from Bridget was totally uncalled for she was very rude and plain disrespectful. I WILL NEVER BUY AT MACDONALDS IRENE AGAIN !
