Bad Customer Service

I ordered a meal Friday 28July 2023 at 20h55pm via Uber Eats for pick up from McDonalds Marlboro Gardens Johannesburg as they don’t deliver in my area Alexandra Phase 2 8th avenue. My order was accepted and said it will be ready at 21h04pm for pick up, I confirmed pick up and my bank account was debited. I then request uber to take to McDonalds to pick up my order. I arrive at McDonalds at 21h30pm ,I ask for my order from Thato at the pick up point ,he then asks to see confirmation which I show him,he then tells his team leader Mantwa,she then comes and asks to see confirmation again,I’m now starting to get annoyed. They both then ask me what my order was I tell them 1 Large McFeast meal Sprite no ice and a Foldover meal with a Apple McFizz. To my surprise only to find out that they only preparing my order as I’m there . Bear in mind I’m still on a ride with an uber.
