Bad customer service

12 December 2024. At Macdonald Clear water. I had placed my order at 18:53. I didn’t get my order and I kept making follow up and the rude staff who didn’t have name tags were giving attitude. No remorse to their delayed service. They kept on ignoring us as if we not even talking to them. Am so dissatisfied and frustrated as I needed a snack due to my low blood sugar at that time. Only at 19:44 the guy came to tell us he found the slip. And still had to wait for them to prepare that also took more than 20 minutes to prepare. Sad part is everything who came after us were getting their orders. At around 19:50 then we got our order. The whole hour of waiting.
