Bad Customer Service.

I was so disgusted at McDonald's in Eastgate after waiting for 20 minutes in a queue and when you get to the teller you being told that the whole McDonald's has no change. You can't buy your food because they don't have change. The letters are so unfriendly and they forcing the fact that they have no change. How do you run a busy restaurant like like McDonald's without change, I think there's a lack of management someone within the structure.
