Bad Customer Service

Good day. I went to buy food at the Mc Donalds Chris Hani branch in Vosloorus today, whilst I was waiting for my order I proceeded to the rest room but when I have just opened the door to the rest room, one of the branch employees was inside cleaning (Busi). She shouted at me "Hey don't get inside". I then asked her if it was possible for me to use the other toilet, she then answered me by saying that I cannot get inside because the rest rooms are reserved only for their customers. She didn't even bother to ask me if whether I had bought something or not. This behaviour is unacceptable. Customers need to be treated in correct manner. I felt as if i don't belong there. Thanks
