Bad customer service

Yesterday afternoon I when to Mc donalds at Sam ntuli and I must say my 1st time experience was not pleasant and the person who was helping me with my order wasn't very helpful how can she ask someone else to take over in dealing with our order yet she knew there was an error with our order she had not included the cuppuccino n went back to get it however we waited a very long time for it n when we got it the other drinks were not there as she had now decided to go sweep the floor without letting the other person who was supposed to bring our drinks what's happening I had to tell the guy we still missing stuff. This is the very reason I don't like doing my shopping or going to restaurants at malls in "kasi" cz u bound to get bad service. I love McDonald's but the 1 in Sam ntuli won't be seeing me I'd rather drive to town. Please do train the staff there for proper customer service and communication amongst themselves when handing over an order to the next person
