Bad Customer Service at MacDonald's Alex Mall
Customer Paid R173.80 with his card transaction was successful but Ditsego (Manager at MacDonald's Alex Mall) claims the payment never went through and therefore client cannot eat nor get a refund.
They had an attitude and was rude towards Lucky and his partner and didn't want to provide them with the food nor refund.
They literally shouting and saying it's non of my business because the customer doesn't know his consumer rights.
How can you pay for something and not get anything. His name is Lucky Mokou - ***

22 Sept 2024, 13:29Oh yes when we asked to speak to the manager, they **** and said that the manager is not available. Then when I started talking about consumer rights, The Manager Ditsego finally appeared with a serious attitude.
