Bad customer service and poor hygiene

I have been buying from McDonald’s in Olifantsfontein for the past few weeks and the service has been super slow and poor, I ordered a happy meal for my child and they only put 2 packets of fries and there was no cheese burger which is what I ordered…i pardoned that because I thought it was a mistake, however today I ordered the same meal for my kid and it’s still the same issue,worse the 2 mcfeasts I ordered it was spicey yet they gave me beef instead and my nuggets jalapeño dip it looked like it was used because it was opened and then covered with a sevvert,I am so disappointed because that’s doesn’t show any customer care and poor hygiene.
