Bad customer service and poisonas disgusting food

I can’t believe this , my burger had white hair like on it , the more I took out the more strings were coming out was disgusting, staff member was informed no apology or whatsoever they just disappeared kitchen worse went online log complaint was given ref and no follow up email or call or apology for the complaint , this just happened Sunday 26.10.2025 then later on had bug on my stomach we are being poisoned this point of mistake fyn one string would have but more that means no one checks the food before serving inside just serve and we pay for this and end up being sick I will never use macdonald in verulam ever. I will be taking this further if by wed I have no response by complaint logged
