BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

On the 16th December 2024 my wife bought two Grimace Shakes at McDonald's in Summerstrand Gqeberha. She did the order on the kiosk thing and paid with the card. When she enquired about the order the lady by the name of Gwbisa said the don't have ice-cream for the shake and is it ok to use ice blocks. My wife said no and the lady Gwbisa said they would do the refund within 7days. Still until now now refund and my wife have to call every second day. We are not happy with this bad service.
