Bad customer service.

I ordered off of the MOD today and the service I got at the Mc Donald’s FS (Mafikeng CBD) today was ridiculous. I was told they can’t accept my order and that they can’t even do a refund for my order. I was told I best escalate it with head officers because in their words “they can’t do nothing about it”. One manager Boitumelo decided it was best to serve other customers than fix my situation first. I was even ******** to move away from the line as if I’d get help only to be turned back empty handed.
