Bad Customer service

I recently visited Mcdonald’s Mafikeng Mega City on 20/03/2025 and was disappointed, they had a 24hours sticker or board on but the drive through was closed without any notice. The staff was inside and non of them bothered to come and explain as to why they were closed all that they did was make coffee while looking at us waiting outside to be helped.
