Bad Customer Service

I arrived with a friend at mcdonolds bayside at 6:10am for breakfast and it was pouring with rain. We arrived there the doors were locked and the security inside told us they are closed. And I asked what time you open He replies at 6am so I said it is now 6:15 and it is pouring with rain and we are wet from walking. We asked can we atleast sit inside because it is raining and we are wet. They said no we will open when we want to. I mean this is very bad and pour service from mcdonolds bayside from the security and the staff after they see it is raining and we are wet. Just because we want to come for some mcdonolds breakfast. Guess what I will never support mcdonolds again after this bad service and they way they treat the customer.
