Bad customer service

I went to Mcdonald savannah mall in Polokwane to buy food since I will reach home late and my kids are hungry. I bought 4 nazo meals with foldover meal plus mcflurry. They gave my order however it was not complete. They didn't not give me one nazo and one packet of chips. I tried calling them 10 times with no one answering the call. I am already half way to mokopane and I am frustrated so so much. I am so disappointed in thier service. Turning from here to collect the meal is gonna be a waste of my petrol and my kilos for the car.. NOOO they do things taking to much about mjolo and don't concentrate.. M***xxm
