bad customer service

As I used the drive through service in kempton park Mc Donald the lady who took our order did not sound interested to assist us, nevertheless I requested a happy meal cheese burger and said she must not include a drink this leonna lady with attitude she said a happy meal comes with a cold drink either way. She was right in indicating that point what I did not understand is the attitude behind, I further requested to add a chicken folder on my order which she did not even ring on my bill. When I got to the payment point I asked to see the person who took my order because I was not happy with the service, yep! Leonna showed up and funny enough the nerve of that woman she actually screamed at me. To add on, When I got home I got to realize that my child's happy meal did not even have a toy. I had to explain to my child that we choose a non professional branch to buy our dinner. This incident happened on the 12 Jan 2016. Even worse when I requested to speak to the manager I was told he was busy.
