Bad customer service

Tried the McDonalds delivery service for the first time... did not know there was a call centre and phoned the Bellville branch. The lady that answered took down or details - did not ask for phone number and took our order. Told us that she will sent the delivery guy out. We waited for an hour and no food. We called back and was then informed that they are sorry we must contact the call centre ... I phoned the call centre to complain and was then informed that they only deliver in a 5 minute radius from then and unfortunately we don't fall in that as we are about 7-10 minutes away... will never try that again!!!
