Bad customer service

I went to order breakfast at the till point and the cashier told me to enter my order on the portable machine. Now I don't have a problem with that but her tone was dismissive and rude. I then insisted I want to place my order but before she became more rude I just walked out. Please don't force me to use the portable machine, and if it's necessary please ask me nicely.... You know: customer service
