Bad customer service!!!!

I went to McDonalds Jubilee Mall Branch in Hammanskraal to buy 2 grand chicken regular meal, it was a disaster and didn't taste like grand chicken burger at all, the patty was overcooked, burned and dry as hard as a stone, there was no sause and lettuce in the burger just a slice of cheese and tomato and the burned patty, this is total unacceptable and a total ripp off, I did not get what I paid for and didn't enjoy my supper at all,I want to share with other consumers that are being ********** their money, I want my money back!!!!!!
