Bad customer service

The WORST experience ever...as I get to mcdonalds at Lemon Tree Alberton at 15:20 drive-Thru to scan for promotion the machine says connecting to server for like 5mins than no order...I'm then told to go inside...I'm go inside they tell me to use da walk in machine and the lady on the floor would assist me,it still says the same thing and they say go to the counter to try...still same thing!!! The ask me to use another phone and I tell them I have no data they tell me to go connect outside with other companies WiFi "Fahrenheit or clicks something" because they don't have WIFI! Then I tell them il use my advance to load data.we try again the promotion app thing again it goes thru this time but I only get my food at 15:51 being helped by "crew id 42-Ntunja s. After that wait the food finally arrives and I ask the lady for Catch up coz she didn't put in! The Lady by the name of "Monica NKUNKUMA" shouted across the counter telling me she put it in I just can't see rudely...I then asked the lady on the floor to come check if it's in...and guess what she didn't put any!! I'm very very unhappy overall!
