Bad customer service!

I am truly disappointed with McDonalds Cosmo Gate. I placed an order before closing time via UberEats. It was accepted and being prepared. After almost an hour and 2 Uber drivers later, we called them and a lady picked up the phone and said they’re closed, but our order is ready and the driver didn’t pitch so my husband said no problem, we will come fetch it. Got there, a male manager came and said that they are closed and cannot help us and walked back in the store. This is definitely not good customer service. It’s the worst that we have received from any McDonald’s franchise we have ordered from. Cudos to the manager for 07/08/2020, we will no longer be supporting Cosmo Gate, and we will definitely advise our friends and family to stay away as well!!
