Bad Customer Service

I dont even have the right words to describe how i feel about Woodmead Mc Donald's.<br> <br> Last year 2014 in July i went to book for my son's birthday party and no one told me i needed to pay deposit. A week before the party i received a call saying i should find another venue as there was someone who had booked on same day and time as me and the person paid. Last minute arrangements thank goodness Rivonia Mc Donalds booked me and a lady by the name of Mom Jay did a great job on the day of the party she did face painting and played with kids it was amazing. <br> 23 July 2015 i went to Woodmead branch to book again for my son's party and paid R483.00 On the day of the party i received a call and told my party was for 10am (who books a party that time anyway). I explained that the party was only starting at 3pm. Minutes later received again a call and told i had not paid for the booking. I ran to the bank to get a statement to prove i had paid. we arrived at Mc Donalds at 3.10pm with our guest and our table was not set and Saturday was very cold they set up a kids party outside in the cold. The attitude from the staff was very bad towards us. No one helped us to sing for the kids.
