Bad Customer service

On the 28th of January 2023 I went to McDonald's Polokwane corner Grobler and market to get a drink. I ordered 2 x watermelon M Fizz and requested to be brought to table no 13. Waitress Christina as she said because she didn't have a name badge,she brought requested drinks on the our table. To my surprise beverages were no closed at all and there was no straws,when ask about the straws she said she was told no more straws for sit in customers only take aways😳. If this is how they treat their customers according to sit in and take away then macdonald's it should review it's customer service because it feels like you're on some unrated restaurant I mean even Kasi restaurant they're improvising to get customer return if they continue to treat customers differently then they must be ready to close down their business in the future
