Bad customer service

I went through McDonald drive through and bought a happy meal for my son. There was a poster that say this week toy was a cup and when i bought the meal i was given something different and when i asked the lady at the window if she can look for the cup maybe there is one available as i wanted the cup for my son, she was rude to say i can go inside and look for it but i wont find it. she didnt even bother to ask anyone to look for it than i went inside and ask a lady by the till called Nonzukiso Buthelezi and she was friendly and went to llok for the cup within 5 minutes she come back with it. Thanks to her i got what i wanted but as for the rude lady she has to be taught how to communicate with customers.
