Bad customer service
This morning my husband and I decide to have breakfast at the McDonald's ottery whilst we wait for pnp to open, we walked the self help screen said to proceed to the counter , there were 4 ladies ( staff members) loitering around the mccafe section , no one greet no one made eye contact all proceeded to have their hearty conversation , after a few minutes we approached the counter I asked if no one is assisting her , they proceeded to call someone who intern came to tell us that we should've placed our order at the self help station, so why couldn't the staff that was loitering around tell us, this is exceptionally bad customer service for 07:30 in the morning

17 Dec 2022, 08:07This just keeps getting better and better , the food come it's absolutely terrible , and the cappuccinos are ice cold , this staff has way to much attitude to be working in a customer related environment
