Bad customer service

Visited Towns branch and firstly the staff does not greet and look very irritated then I ordered my things and waited. They called out my number and I checked the things and the chilli chips were missing I then approached the lady who was by then even more irritated and asked her which she said she never rang up(never apologized) then I had to reorder and the way she made it and gave it to me was so rude I couldn't even finish it cause I wasn't enjoying it at all.
