BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!

McDonalds "Rosebank" with bad customer service whenever it is this time of the month! so today I ordered through their app (mind you this is the second time this happens) i orders around 12 and my order was supposed to be here around 13:15 to my surprise when i tracked my order on their app it was still on "Order Received"!!! I then decided to call them and ask what is happening at around past 2, the consultant transfered me to someone by the name of Mbulayeni in Rosebank telling me that they are sorry their app crashed or something!!! So does this actually mean that if I never called to make follow ups then I was just gona starve with no idea of what is delaying my order! I MEAN THIS IS THE SECOND TIME SOMETHING LIKE THIS HAPPENS and i remember very well that it was this time of the month!!! If i knew on time i was really gona make an ulternative, now is already late for me to make another order somewhere else because I am about to knock off!!! Honestly this should come to a stop!!!!
