Bad customer service

Just received the most disturbing service ever at McDonald's Evaton. We stood in a queue inside the shop for over 15min. I was number 4 in the queue for for one to wait that long. Everyone was assisting the drive-thru customers but us. No communication no care. Then the lights went out and back again then we hear them talking amongst themselves that the machine has gone offline. I then ask the manager on duty Lerato Mohapi about the cashier machine and only then she tells me that we will have to wait for a few minutes as they didntknow when it will be back online again. This all after waiting for over 20min in the queue. Poor customer service
