Bad customer service

Firstly, my order was delayed. If you gonna be late, at least show up decent, but not McDonald's, they don't do that. I ordered a coke Zero with my meal and I got a stoney with ice, I'm allergic to stoney. To make it even worse, there was no sauce for my chips. This is the McDonald's in Ghandi Square.
