Bad customer service

McDonald's fourways says its operates 24 hours. We get there, 3h25 am. The drive through is blocked with boxes and not even the manager had the decency to come and explain why but had the audacity to send the security guard to tell us that they are busy with an attitude as the cherry on top. The security guard said we should wait for 30 mins without any explanation.
