Bad Customer Service

I went to McDonald's in Craighall and I have specific complaint for a staff member by the name by of Penelope. Firstly, she was rude to the customers that were in front of me in line and she asked for an authorize yelling that the customer does not have money for all of us by the tills to hear. Secondly, She did not greet me as I was being serviced by her next. I redeemed a voucher for an Oreo McFlurry then she said there is no ice cream even after she took my order. After I gave her my money to pay for my meal, since there was no ice cream, she did not have change at her till and she rudely told me with a horrible facial expression to wait by the collection side of the till.

My issue is that I am not trying to be racial but when the white lady behind me was next to be serviced suddenly Penelope was polite. I am unsure if maybe McDonald's encourages that their staff members to treat individuals decently or not according to race. That hurt me because McDonald's is where I also take my family out to so if your staff are racially profiling us as customers then that is a problem especially in the kind of democracy and progress we enjoy in this country.

I was however assisted politely and sincerely by Nora.

If I go back to McDonald's and Penelope has not changed her attitude I will know that there is no recourse within the organization.
