Bad customer service

I visited McDonald's in Middelburg (MP) downtown this morning to order breakfast as i was rushing to work.

the was a long queue with only staff member working. I asked if she was the only one working, she said yes. i then asked for the manager to state my concern.

the manager by the name of Shannel came to tell me that the other staff member will only start at 09:00 i asked that since this is the situation now, how is she going to resolve as the manager. she told me that the staff member needs to up her speed as this is happening for the first that they have a morning rush.

she did not apologize for the complaint and clearly did not show signs of trying to remedy the situation. she was just arrogant and unmoved. she is impolite and very rude.
