Bad customer service
Showed up at McDonald's Vanderbijlpark last night at 19H45. Was waiting in the drive thru untill 20H50. When i asked the people who work there why i have to wait in a drive thru for more than an hour the guy just smiled and ignored me. I then took the manager's number who is supposed to be available on her cell untill 21h00 and there was no answer. The staff is slow because the manager doesn't do her job.
