BAD customer service

We bought a simple Mcflurry Oreo at 17:00 by the empire road McDonald we waited there for 45 min for an ice cream started complaining to the manager did they even care to come to us and explain their bad service ,No because they are interested in serving people who have cars on their drive thru until we actually wanted our refund . Advise to walkins dont bother buying at that McDonalds ur petty money means nothing to them .
