bad customer service

This after noon around 12;45 I was at Macdonald empire near the BP garage, I ordered a mcchicken meal and the lady at drive through who was taking my order gave me an attitude she didn't even greet me before taking the order when I ordered what I wanted she said they don't have it when I order a strawberry milkshake she also confirmed that they don't have it, I then said okay can I order a chicken burger alone , then I passed the ordering part, when I came to the payment part she said she didn't take my order as I didn't know what I want, there was a nice lady with her that took my order while I was explaining what really happened, the first lady that pretended to take my order kept on rolling her eyes while she was busy with me and continued to take orders with someone else, she didn't even apologise and assist further I am so disappointed in the service I got this afternoon at MacDonald's
