Bad customer service

I am very displeased with the service i got today when i ordered at McDonald's in Morningside. My order was placed at 13:30 and till 16:00 i still had not received my order. When i called the restaurant, theybtold me my order was 5 minutes away , yet it never arrived. Sich appalling service is quite infuriating.
