Bad customer service

I had a very bad experience with McDonald's very recently. After struggling for a while with the app, I eventually call customer services to place an order, only to be told that the nearest store is under maintenance and they can't accept my order. I live on Rivonia and the McDonald's in question is in Rivonia Square. There is a McDonald's right on corner Rivonia and Grayston, yet I'm told I cannot place an order from there. Very dissatisfied with the service.
