Bad customer service

Placed an on online order with Blue Hills Mcdonalds on the 02 Marchh 2018 and the order was never delivered. I followed up with a call and that order was acknowedged by Mcdonalds but did nothing about it. May they please refund me my money? Their service is pathetic, slow and take long to answer calls.
