Bad customer service

I went to McDonald's for a sit in to have lunch with the kids , I ordered my meal and went to take the kids to the play area, When my food my called out , there was a lady with too much make on her face, which was a manger as she was just standing and doing nothing, The food was in 2 trays, so I came and took one tray , and she ordered me me, saying, "when you done taking this first tray come back and take the other " I have never felt so disrespected ,

but I did as I was told and went to my seat, I put the trays down and didn't notice that in my tray there was those small cups to the tomato source, I went to go and fill up , and notice that where you usually put the cups, the cups were not there, I told her that its empty and she then again said "Didn't you see or check that they were on your tray " I felt very small and didn't want to cause a scene

I actaully didn't want to report her , but I know that she'll do it again to someone else
