Bad Customer Service

I’ve Ordered a meal from McDonalds the one in braamfontein. I ordered a caramel McFlurry and the delivery drivered delivered a wrong on. I then called to ask to speak to the Manager and she was so rude she didn’t allow me to speak and when I asked for her name she hung up. I tried to ring the same number again but no one answered. I then sent an email to their complaints department who haven’t responded. It’s not the first time I’ve experienced such. Their service is ridiculous. I’ve sent numerous emails and no one has ever got back to me. What made matters worse is that the manager on duty didn’t allow me to speak or give me her name.
