BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE

I would like to lay a complaint against the McDonald's at Waterfall Mall Rustenburg.

The service we recieved was appalling. I was with my sister's , first of all we waited about 10-15 min in the line only to be told that there aren't any fries. Now my problem is not that there aren't any fries, but rather that we aren't being informed and left to stand in a line for so long only to be told that you don't have what I want.

Secondly, if you are going to make use of a system to assist you to serve customers as they come, would it not make sense to use it? Some of the customers that were there, came after me and they got fries, after I was told that there aren't any fries. Thirdly, I didn't appreciate that when I complained, together with other customer's, we are told that the left over fries are only for drive through customers... How are we different to them?

Kindly please address this issue if you would still like to have happy customers. Also it's the festive season, would it not make sense to ensure that there is always enough stock?
