Bad Customer Service

So on the 27th of October 2017 I placed an order for delivery in the evening. I was told that the McDonald's in Kempton Park CBD cannot deliver my order because they have a lot of orders...I have never heard of it. Mind you, I was told that is the only McDonald's that delivers to my area (Edleen).

Today, 30.10.2017 I placed an order again to be delivered to my office in Isando. After 1h45min, my order hadn't arrived. I called to check what the hold-up was and I was told that they are running late because they have a lot of orders, BULL DUST!!!!! That's the McDonald's in Isando by the way. It's 14:32 now and an order I placed at 13:09 still hasn't arrived.

Never again will I waste my time with McDonald's. I have had a lot of unpleasant encounters with them, clearly the standard has dropped.
