Bad customer service

I called them at 6:31 this morning and ordered 2 meals. The guy who assisted me said ok it will be ready when i get there. My husband went in to pay and collect all to find out our order was never made . I mean we on our way to work we just wanted to pick up and go, otherwise i wouldnt have called beforehand. Its not the first time i have a bad experience with this specific mc donalds. When we get there in the mornings they always telling us they just opened and we must park and wait for the food it will be ready in 3minutes then it takes up to 10 minutes or more. The managment of this branch must be looked at and put people who are competent on the phone to take orders.
