Bad customer service

My family goes to the McDonald's at the Phoenix plaza Durban My husband orders the big Mac meal and we asked for hot sauce on the side the manager responds they don't sell hot sauce on the side due to low stock on sauce. The our order comes the burger has no sauce inside. The happy meal was horrible the chilli sauce burger was bland. We tried calling the customer service is now gone to a live chat which we waited for hours, we get an sms to say the problem is resolved. How the hell it's resolved when no one contacted us only tried once. Very bad services disgusted.
