Bad Customer Service.

Not impressed with the service at Mc Donald's Menlyn Shopping Centre, the lady who was assisting me kind of forced me to buy an up size meal by asking me if I wanted a medium or large where else I clearly said REGULAR, I only noticed this after paying as to why I'm paying more than the regular price. Her name is Mahlomo Clement if I'm not mistaken.

Then up on collecting the lady who was handing out the food was veeeeeeery rude even the customer next to me was bored by her attitude. I tell her not to put ice on my drink and she screeeaaams at me and says: you must say that when ordering, I tell her that I did tell the clementine lady, I'm just reminding them cause I know they'll still put in the ice even though I asked them not to.
