Bad customer service

Firstly, I must say that I love Mc Donalds, and never had a reason to complain before. But yesterday at Mc Donalds drive thru in Vereeniging I have received such bad service !. Firstly I wanted t order a hot & Spricy meal, I was told they only sell them as a family meal. So ok, I ordered a Big Mac meal and a chocolate sundae. Got to the receiving point, the lady told me there is no catch-up, when I insisted, she managed to find a few packets in the storeroom. The chips were horrible, cold and hard. And the \chocolate"sundae had almost no chocolate"
